Help & Troubleshooting

Support

Running into trouble in the beta? Most issues have a quick fix — and if not, a clear report helps us solve it fast.

Quick Fixes

Game Won't Load

The build is large; give the first load time. If it stalls, use the in-game Refresh Game button, or reload the Play page. A wired or faster connection helps.

Stuck On A Black Screen

Confirm WebGL is enabled and try a different current desktop browser. Close other heavy tabs to free up memory, then refresh.

Low Performance

Close background tabs and apps, and play on a PC rather than mobile. Performance and WebGL stability are ongoing beta improvements.

Progress Didn't Save

Always use the in-game save and logout flow before leaving. If a save is lost, tell us — it's an important bug to fix.

Can't Join Multiplayer

The shared server may be offline or updating; check the status message. Multiplayer is in testing and may be temporarily unavailable.

Mobile Won't Work

The beta targets PC browsers and may not load on phones or tablets. Please switch to a desktop or laptop.

How To Write A Useful Bug Report

A good report is the single fastest way to get a bug fixed. When something goes wrong, please include:

  • What happened — describe the problem in a sentence or two.
  • What you were doing right before it happened.
  • What you expected to happen instead.
  • Single player or multiplayer — and if multiplayer, whether you hosted or joined and how many players were present.
  • Your browser and its version.
  • Your device / computer type.
  • A screenshot or short clip, if you can capture one.
The more specific, the better. "Copper wire wouldn't load into the bed near the north lots, single player, latest Chrome" is far more useful than "loading is broken."
